Recently I had the privilege of presenting a webinar training entitled “The Stress Mindset: How Stress Can be a Tool for Incredible Performance”, to CPHR Alberta. The original webinar is approximately one hour, so only a small portion of the training is being shared here.
In the webinar, we discussed tools and strategies for addressing stress that otherwise can feel debilitating. Stress is the body’s natural response to change. If we are able to intentionally address these changes and choose how to use them, the stress response can be something that pushes us towards our goals.
